All lodging will be the responsibility of those that plan to attend. You will need to make your own reservations and pay for your lodging yourself. We have blocked 50 rooms at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks, this is where the Saturday night Dinner will be held. These will be on a first come first serve basis. I would highly suggest you make your reservations early as the Fall in Eureka is extremely busy and rooms fill up fast. 

The dates we have blocked these rooms for are October 29 - November 1 (checking out Nov. 2). If you plan to arrive earlier or stay later please check with the hotel for availability as the Fall in Eureka is an extremely busy time of year.
